The trip was very well organized, and the cruise team highly responsive in very satisfactory and creative ways on our behalf to unforeseen weather and water level constraints. The ship crew were very competent and friendly. I would recommend their river cruise to others.

The trip was good but not excellent. The food was good but not excellent The cruise director was excellent. The staff, who reportedly spoke English really spoke very little English. Our waiter was not able to understand most of the simple questions nor requests. However, he tried hard.

For a first time trip it was good. Negatives. Had to cut biking short to get to boat on time, not enough time in Vienna at all. Our boat the Fortuna was very very good. Matre'd Mikala (housekeeper), Danielle, and bartender Johanna were exceptional.

I really enjoyed this trip. The crew was fantastic on the boat, and nothing seemed to be a problem! If you asked for some thing, it was always, of course, absolutely, no problem!! The only problem I found was that in Vienna and Budapest you had a very short amount of time to explore. Other than that everything was great.
