We had an one bedroom water retreat with slide. The villa was amazing. He had an issue with the opening roof but the staff took care of it immediately and made it working. Because of that they gave us as a gift a complimentary breakfast, one massage per person and a bottle of wine. Finally everyone is happy and we will go back again soon. Special thanks to Mrs. Eve for making arrangements and to the general manager of the hotel They know how to fix everything fast. Very nice

The services of the travel agent were beyond expectations. They know their job well and has covered all possible pain points . It is obvious that they have a passion for this work and understand the needs of the traveller. All requirements were accommodated very nicely and communication was transparent all through the trip. I highly recommend his services. I would use his services again were I to travel to Nepal again. Which I probably would. We spent a really wonderful time in both countries driving across India and Nepal with our personal chauffer Vivek who took care of us during our private tour purchased by TR. Accommodation was really highly rated in mist of the places , all the facilities were working, breakfast was decent Food was sometimes spicy but we went for some pasta and Indiana bread that was really tasty The driver and the company approach was professional and highly rated. The car was quite new, the driver always on time and always ready to help. Vivek is a kind and helpful employee. The company should be proud of such a worker. All in all, everything was really good and fine. We're fully satisfied.

Our experience with Payless Tours far exceeded my expectations. They worked with us to modify our trip to personalize it. Traveling with a private driver offered us flexibility, convenience, and the air conditioned car was a comfortable way to explore our stops. We were lucky and able to experience two separate drivers Prakash and Mithun. Both were great drivers, spoke great english and fun to travel with. Highly recommend a trip to India. Really well organised tour with a varied itinerary and a great driver who showed us all those beautiful places and took for rafting and paragliding! That was exhilarating but also very nice.
