Day 1 : Delhi sightseeing

Location: Delhi

Accommodation: Hotel, 4 - star accommodation

Meals Included: Breakfast

Company representatives will pick you up from the hotel or another central location in Delhi. After fresh up enjoy local sightseeing of places like modern Hindu temple Akshardham.
Akshardham Temple is located in New Delhi. It is also known as Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple and is one of the India's largest Hindu temple complexes. The temple was officially inaugurated on 6 November 2005. After that, visit the Old part of the city with sightseeing of the most famous monuments there- the biggest mosque in India - Jama Masjid, stop for the picture at Red fort which is on UNESCO list, the cremation place of Mahatma Gandhi - Raj ghat and Sikh temple - Gurudwara. Day 2 : Delhi

Location: Delhi

After breakfast enjoy sightseeing of New Delhi. Visit places like The India Gate and Diplomatic District where you can see The Parliament House, Secretarial Buildings and The President house. Then, you will see places like Lotus temple - the modern temple of all believes in the shape of Lotus flower. Later on The towering Qutub Minar in Mehrauli is the first stop on the tour. The 240-feet structure is the tallest brick minaret in the world. After this, Humayun’s Tomb, another grand piece of Mughal architecture, is on the itinerary. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Jaipur

Location: Jaipur

After breakfast, travel to the Pink City Jaipur.
After it, further journey to Jaipur. Check in the hotel. Local sightseeing of Jaipur. Visit Galta Gi — monkey temple beautifully situated among the hills. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Jaipur

After breakfast meet the guide and do local sightseeing of the city. Visit places like Amber fort - a magnificent fort palace situated among hills, the City Palace, Jantar Mantar - Astronomical Observatory, Gaitor tombs - Royal tombs of the Jaipur Kings, Jal Mahal - the Water palace and Hawa Mahal.- the most characteristic Wall in Jaipur with 1000 small windows. Shopping at the local market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 : Agra via Fathepur Sikri and Abhaneri stepwell

Location: Agra

After breakfast journey to Agra. On the way you will stop in Fathepur Sikri and do sightseeing of the Royal and Sacral part of the city. The driver will also stop to show you Abhaneri step well - one of the biggest in India.
Agra is a home for one of the seven wonders in the world the symbol of eternal love-The Taj Mahal. The monument was built by the emperor Shahjahan in loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is located on the banks of Yamuna and brings a huge tourism to Agra. Meet the guide and do local sightseeing of Agra. First, you will do sightseeing of the monument on UNESCO list - Agra Fort which is one of the most wonderful forts in India. Overnight at the hotel.
On the way the driver will stop in Fathepur Sikri for the sightseeing of the Mosque and a complex of palaces.

Day 6 : Delhi, flight to Varanasi

Location: Delhi

Meals Included: Breakfast

Visit the symbol of love Taj Mahal with the guide at down. After breakfast drive to the Delhi to catch a plane to Varanasi.
Please note that Taj Mahal sightseeing depends on the day of arrival. If it is Thursday we organise sightseeing of Taj Mahal at sunset on Thursday. On Friday Taj Mahal is closed.
Pick up from the domestic airport in Varanasi and drop off to the hotel. Relax in the hotel and do local sightseeing of Varanasi with a professional English-speaking guide who will take you for Aari ceremony to the famous ghats where evening boat ride on the Ganges river is organised. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 : Varanasi

An early morning boat ride in the sacred Ganga River would be arranged for you. The city of Varanasi is known for its religious ghats. Most spectacular amongst them is the Dashashwamedh ghat, which is located close to the Vishwanath temple After breakfast, leave for Sarnath (6 km away). Sarnath in the northeast of Varanasi is where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. A highly sacred Buddhist religious place, Sarnath lies at the confluence of two rivers-Ganga and Gomati. Popular attractions here are Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Museum and Chaukhandi Stupa.Post that return to Varanasi. In Varanasi, you would be visiting Alamgir mosque, Dashashwamedh ghat and Bharat Mata temple. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 8 : Delhi

Location: Delhi

Meals Included: Breakfast

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in Varanasi. Flight from Varanasi to Delhi.

Unforgettable tour

We were introduced to Mithun by a friend for Agra and Mathura trip. We found the cost to be quite nominal. What we did not expect was a driver who was hell bent on providing the best service to his customers at the same cost. The trip was amazing. The next day we travelled to Shimla-Kufri. That was even better with Mithun and his uncle "Sanjay sir" giving us a riding like professionals and understanding the occasional "break"needs of people who are traveling with them. We faced a problem that we could not get hotels in our budget but Mithun was able to help us with it as well. Overall a trip we will not forget for a few years. ...more ...less

This really was an exceptional trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Our tour was an incredible tailormade. Key to our amazing experience was our incredible driver and guide PRAKASH. Together we covered many thousands of kilometres, taking in Delhi, the major sights of Rajasthan, Agra, Khajuraho and Varanasi. Prakash got to know us quickly and used his 30+ years experience to anticipate our every need. He knew when we'd seen enough temples and suggested a tiger safari. He knew when we needed a massage. He knew when we needed lunch or a loo stop. He found the best, most knowledgeable and friendly local guides. He really knew what we wanted before we did. Prakash was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful throughout. Spending nearly three weeks in a car together with a stranger could be difficult, but Prakash quickly became our big brother and travel guru, sharing his knowledge and experience. The hotels were three star and the beds and bathrooms were always clean and staff extremely helpful. Considering the extent of our trip and the sights and the mileage covered, this was exceptional value for money and an incredible experience. ...more ...less
