Tour Overview

The Mardi Himal Trek is a great alternative trekking trail to escape away from crowded treks of Annapurna with amazing views and duration similar to Poon Hill Trek. This is a relatively new trekking route in the Annapurna region with magnificent views of the Annapurna mountains range. It's a less-crowded trekking trail with a beautiful view along the way. Though the availability of foods and teahouse accommodation on the trail is at the bare minimum, Mardi Himal Trek is still an enjoyable trekking destination that requires minimum effort. Mardi Himal trek is an interesting trek compared to other famous treks in this region. Trekking to Mardi Himal consists of short ascend or descend every day. The Tea houses accommodation on this trek are basic and offer only essential items to visitors.

Amazing Trip

23-Oct-2019

Coming from Australia I can say that the Mardi Himal is like nothing I've experienced before. Behind the closest hills are higher hills, behind those serious mountains. Not long into the trek and I'm higher than anywhere in Australia.

Worthy Trek

23-Nov-2019

The pre-correspondence with the manager of Uma Holidays made our trip easy, we could be well prepared. We could not imagine any better guide who was informative, polite and very helpful. He even carried my backpack for two days and nicely presented his own apple as desserts after each dinner.

Beautiful Trek

11-Nov-2019

This trek was very nice and my guide Om was very friendly and patient. The steps in lodges were perfect. And I was lucky because the view of the mountains was under the sun: beautiful! I recommend this agency for its seriousness!

Challenging Trek

15-Oct-2019

Together with my friend, we totally enjoyed the trek! The landscapes were amazing and the Nepali people were so polite and friendly. Prepare yourself for the road! It was terrible. The food in the tea houses were a bit costly and the taste was different as I expected.

Mardi Himal Trek

13-Aug-2019

The track was really Nice, not too touristic or crowded. The guide was well equipped and took excellent care of us. The porters were very friendly and fun. The brochure indicated we would see leopards in the forest. The forest is already beautiful on its own.
