Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu (1,350M) & Transfer To Hotel.

Welcome to the country of the Himalayas. Welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Uma Holidays Travels & Tours airport representative will be waiting for your arrival with a placard of our company outside the airport terminal. From the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel by a private tourist vehicle. Depending on your flight time and activities we will be joining for a cultural dinner at a typical Nepali restaurant. After enjoying a Nepalese dinner we head back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2 : Drive From Kathmandu To Soti Khola (710M) Duration: 7-8 Hours.

After having breakfast, We start our journey early in the morning northwards following Budi Gandaki River. A scenic drive through the beautiful local villages. We will have a comfortable drive until Dhading Besi as the road is paved. After arriving at Dhadingbesi, we will leave for Soti Khola on a dirt road with bumpy rides. We will drive through beautiful green hills, dense forests, thundering Budhigandaki rivers, and traditional settlements of Nepalese communities. We will spend our night in Sotikhola at Local teahouse.
Day 3 : Trek From Sotikhola To Machhakhola (8,70M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After having breakfast, we will start our trek across the bridge then climb to the ridge. It is a day hike through beautiful villages of the Manaslu region. The trail passing through Armala, Liding, La pubesi, and Khani Besi before reaching Machha Khola. Various ethnic villages, towering waterfalls, green hills, thundering Budi Gandaki River, and paddy fields make this journey beautiful. overnight stay at the teahouse.
Day 4 : Trek From Machhakhola To Jagat (1340M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

After having breakfast, we start our journey to Jagat. Once we reach Korlabesi we will have a steep climb up to the ridge and then trek down to a natural hot spring (Tatopani). Then we cross the Budi Gandaki river continuing climbing stone stairs to Dovan Village. where we stop for Lunch. Afterward, we will continue ascending towards a small place called Duman then we will cross some landslide areas. Continuing several uphill and downhill will take us to Thado Bhanjyang then continuing further will take us to Jagat. overnight at Local teahouse.
Day 5 : Trek From Jagat To Lokpa (2040M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

After breakfast, we will follow the path that again climbs over the rocky ridge to Salleri village and then trek down to Sardibas. We will trek to continue ahead of the wide, we will find the valley towards Philim. Phidim we will move towards north passing through Chisapani. Then after we will start walking through the dense forest for a few hours to reach Lokpa. from here we can see a stunning view of Himalchuli and Buddha Himal. We stay overnight at Lokpa.
Day 6 : Trek From Lokpa To Chumling (2363M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

From Lokpa, after breakfast, we will trek along the trail that descends pass towards Lungwa Khola. From here we will trek down through the dense forest of Rhododendron, pine, and Brich towards Gumling. We will continue the trek through Shiar River until we reach Chumling. The old Chumling Gompa and age-old stone-paved streets of the village will remain in our hearts. We stay overnight at Chumling.
Day 7 : Trek From Chumling To Chhokangparo (3010M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.
Location: Chhokangparo

Leaving Chumling, we will trek a bit longer. we will trek towards Gho village. We trek along with the path that smoothly climbing towards the village. Then we will trek continue our uphill climbing as long as we reach Chhokangparo. This is a truly typical Tibetan Buddhist village. There are mainly two settlements: Chhokang and Paro. We will stay overnight Chhokangparo. On this day we will be able to see the view of Mt. Himalchuli and Mt. Ganesh Himal.
Day 8 : Nile

Leaving Chhokangparo, We will follow the path that climbing up to the Rachen Gompa. After exploring the gompa, we will trek towards the Nile. We will pass through a suspension bridge over Shair River and continue trekking through several villages. We will walk through the villages of Ngakyu, Leru, Lama Gaun, Burji, Phurbe, Pangdun and Finally we will reach the Nile for a night stay. Milarepa Cave on the trail is fascinating and must do a trek. Milarepa cave is also known as Pigeon Cave. It is believed that St. Milarepa, a famous Tibetan Saint, had meditated in this cave. We stay overnight at the Nile.
Day 9 : Trek From Nile To Mu Gompa (3700M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After breakfast, we will trek along the west bank of the valley close to the Tibetan border. We climb up to Mu Gompa and also explore Dhephu Doma Gompa. Mu Gompa is the largest Gompa in this region that lies at the highest and remote part of Tsum Valley trek. We stay overnight at Mu Gompa.
Day 10 : Trek From Mu Gompa To Rachen Gompa (3240M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After breakfast, we will trek down the valley through Chhule. We will continue to walk on the east bank of Shiar River and then cross flat boulder covered plains that lead us to Rachen Gompa. Along the trail, we will find ruins of several ancient gompas. We stay overnight at Rachen Gompa.
Day 11 : Trek From Rachen Gompa To Chumling (2,363M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After crossing the river to pass through Chhokang Paro, we drop towards Chumling. Walking for about two hours, we come across a white monastery and drop to Siyar Khola. The abundance in the water here makes it suitable to wash clothes. We stop at chumling for the night.
Day 12 : Trek From Chumling To Deng (1860M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

It’s a big descending walk from Chumling to Lokpa after we cross the suspension bridge. The trail begins along a rocky ridge with an emerging view of Sringi Himal. We pass through Ghatta Khola and continue to we pass through farms growing maize, millet, potatoes and vegetables. Passing through an uninhabited gorge, and walking on the trails at the bank of Budhi Gandaki, we cross bamboo forests to the Deng river. Overnight stay at small Deng village beside the Deng river.
Day 13 : Trek From Deng To Namrung (2,630M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

From Deng, we will start our trek with cross Budi Gandaki River and then continue to Rana Village. We continue trek towards the west following a beautiful waterfall. We will trek through the beautiful dense rhododendron forests and see white Langur monkeys. We hike up to reach Namrung for overnight stay. This village offers majestic views of the Himalayan peaks including Ganesh Himal and Himal Chuli. overnight stay at Teahouse.
Day 14 : Trek From Namrung To Samagaon (3,530M) Duration: 6-7 Hours.

Leaving Namrung, we will arrive at Lihi where we will have fine views of Ganesh Himal. This village has a lot of chhortens, mani walls, prayer flags, and barley fields. We will continue trek towards Samagaon following Sho, Lho, and Shyala villages. This village offers stunning views of various Himalayan peaks such as Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Himalchuli, and Mt. Peak 29. We will also have the opportunity to visit Rimbung Gomba (Lho Monastery). Overnight stay at the teahouse.
Day 15 - Exploration And Acclimatization Day At Samagaon.

We will have rest day at Sama Gaon for acclimatization reasons and give our weary limbs some respite from the intense days on the trails. This also allows us to rest our lungs so that our respiratory systems will adapt to the constant change in elevation. Surrounded by mountains in a peaceful forest, we take a breather to acclimatize and relax. We can hike to Manaslu Base Camp for excellent views of Samdo, Nagdi chuli, Simnang Himal, Manaslu glacier, and Manaslu icefall. overnight stay at the teahouse.
Day 16 : Trek From Samagaon To Samdo (3,860 M) Duration: 3-4 Hours.

Leaving Samagaon, We have a short day trek from Samagaon to Samdo takes about 3 to 4 hours. We will follow the Budi Gandaki river. We will also have a chance to see Himalayan Blue Sheep. The trail is comparatively easy and wide. Continuing trek through the left and right of the river eventually, we will reach Samdo. We will spend our night at teahouse.
Day 17 : Trek From Samdo To Dharmashala (4,460 M) Duration: 4-5 Hours.

From Samdo, before we start our climbing we will follow the trail that gentle descent to the river. We will be passing along a glacier followed by a beautiful gorge. Wanking through several Mani walls we will be reaching Dharmasala for an overnight stay. Dharmasala (Larke Phedi) has Teahouse/lodge for the basic accommodation of the trekkers. Overnight stay at the teahouse.
Day 18 : Cross The Larke La Pass (5,106M) & Trek To Bhimthang (3,590) Duration: 7-8 Hours.

Today is a challenging day. We will start our trek early in the morning and start the gentle climbing to the ridge, a very short descent to a small lake and then make the final ascent to the Larke Pass (5,106m). The last section of the pass is slightly steeper. After reaching the summit of the Larke La pass we will stop awhile for taking some photographs before heading to Bhimthang. We will have magnificent views of several Himalayas including Manaslu Peak, Mt. Himlung Himal, Annapurna II, Cheo Himal, and Kanguru Himal. overnight stay at the teahouse.
Day 19 : Trek From Bhimthang To Tilije (2,300M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After having breakfast, We will leave beautiful mountains behind and start trek down to Tilje for the upcoming night. Continuing further through dense rhododendron forests will take us to Karache (2,800M); one of the highest cultivated villages of Nepal. The trail leads us to Gho village where a few lodges are available for accommodation. Walking one more hour will take us to Tilije village for the overnight stay. we will spend our night at the Teahouse.
Day 20 : Trek From Tilije To Chamje (1,410M) Duration: 5-6 Hours.

After having breakfast, descending from Tilje we will reach the Marshyang river valley and meet the popular Annapurna Circuit Trek. Chamje is a popular stop destination on the Annapurna circuit route having several teahouse/lodges available for meals and accommodation. We will spend our night at Chamje.
Day 21 : Drive From Chamje To Kathmandu Via Beshisahar (8,23M) Duration: 8-9 Hours.

From Chamje, We will take a shared Jeep ride through the rugged dirt road to Besisahar and then eventually follow the paved road to Kathmandu. It's a beautiful countryside drive that marks the end of our unforgettable Manaslu Circuit Trek. Relax and rest in the hotel, have a good shower, and try a good cuisine in a good restaurant of Kathmandu before making the preparation for the final departure from Kathmandu.
Day 22 : Transfer To The International Airport For Your Final Departure.
