We booked our tour and was picked up at the hotel by our driver Tikam he was very polite and punctual. The tour guides were sometimes hard to understand, overall they were friendly and polite. We had 3 star hotels I suggest upgrading to 4start, as the ones we stayed at were very noisy, clean and comfortable but located close to main roads and very noisy. From start of booking to the end was made so east always communicated well and made sure happy with everything. Driver picked us up from our hotel in Delhi and dropped us to station and dropped us on the train to ensure we got on the correct train as well as carriage. Gattiman express was amazing so much food arrived in Agra and was met by guide who was brilliant and took amazing pictures. We went on a Sunday and holiday weekend so Taj Mahal was very busy but the guide managed to get us through the busy que very efficiently and quick explained everything and took most amazing pictures. Took us to amazing shops to see artisan work and marble and stone work. Talked us through the history and ended the day by making sure we got on train. I highly recommend booking with this company as the whole family loved the trip and said best trip so far. Vehicles were immaculate and clean and ample space to sit.
