Tour Overview

The Manaslu Circuit trek offers quite a unique opportunity to experience a reasonably untouched region of Himalaya Nepal. Manaslu region sees few visitors, which makes the visit here more exclusive and unspoiled. This region, open for trekking since 1991, provides magnificent beauty along the border of Nepal and Tibet. This region is now a controlled trekking route, allowing organized trekking group’s special trekking permits to gain entry into the Manaslu region to venture round its magnificent Manaslu circuit. Mount Manaslu has a unique environment, which is exceptionally rich in biodiversity that has made this region one of the popular tourist destinations of Himalaya Nepal for many years. The stunning Himalayan ranges in the Manaslu area consist of cultural diversities and natural beauty with high altitude glacier lakes (Birendra Lake) and fascinating flora and fauna. All highlights of the Manaslu region, have made it one of the most attractive places of Nepal for trekkers. This trekking route is less crowded and provides the basic facilities to the visitors. The travelers get to eat the local eateries and accommodate in the most rudimentary spaces which give them an insight into the local village and Tibetan lifestyle of Nepal. It is also one of the great reasons that make trekking in this area pristine and worthwhile. The best season to visit the region is from March to May in spring and September to December during the winter. This trek is challenging but If you can walk for 5-6 hours a day and trek/hike a few uphills, Sherpa Expedition and Trekking team will support you to the fullest to transform your dream into reality.
