Today we will travel to Lincoln, with its tangle of cobbled medieval streets filled with high street shops and boutiques side-by-side.
Its impressive castle and cathedral are situated high above the city and are well worth the walk up ‘Steep Hill’ and you’ll be rewarded with truly magnificent architecture. First settled in by the Romans, then invaded by the Vikings, the city's mini-districts are a mish-mash of modern shops and cafes and historic, cultural remnants.
Day 3 : Morning In Bakewell, Afternoon At Leisure

This morning we visit Bakewell - nestled in the glorious Peak District. Idyllically situated on the banks of the River Wye, and famous for its delicious pudding, this pretty town has so much to offer!
Later, we return to Thoresby Hall where the remainder of the day is at leisure so you can relax in the scenic surroundings of Thoresby Hall and enjoy Warner’s activities and entertainment - perhaps take a dip in the indoor-heated swimming pool, try something new like archery or a spot of croquet on the lawns*!

Visit Nottingham, a lively city with lots to offer. Explore the city centre or discover some of the city’s historic attractions associated with legendary Robin Hood.
