Celebrate this magical time of year in Bideford, home to Butcher’s Row with its artisan studios offering local and on-site made gifts.
Itinerary
Day 1
Local departure by coach, then on to Bideford and our hotel for four nights. We enjoy a glass of bubbly before dinner and enjoy entertainment and carols.
Day 2 Christmas Eve In Lynton And Lynmouth
Location: Christmas Eve in Lynton and Lynmouth
Today we visit Lynton and Lynmouth. These picturesque twin coastal villages on the rugged Exmoor coastline. Pretty Lynmouth lies on the shore with its charming fishing cottages and its bustling harbour of gently bobbing boats. Clifftop Lynton offers superb views and is a vibrant Victorian village.
We return to the hotel for bingo with tea, coffee and biscuits. Don't forget the fancy dress competition tonight!
Day 3 Christmas Day At Leisure
Location: Christmas Day at leisure
Merry Christmas! Relax in Bideford, open some presents, tuck into a traditional turkey dinner, and make some magical memories!
In the afternoon enjoy a tea dance with Christmas cake, and tonight enjoy the Chef's Gala evening buffet and entertainment.
Day 4 Boxing Day In Barnstaple
Location: Boxing Day in Barnstaple
This morning we visit Barnstaple. The largest town in North Devon, with a thriving market and a traditional Pannier Market, which has remained largely unchanged for over 150 years and has a variety of stalls from local produce, to art, crafts, prints, fashion and more – perfect to do a little festive shopping!
Day 5
We depart the hotel this morning, filled with magical Christmas memories, and return home.
