Discover hidden coves, ancient ruins, and picturesque villages along the way. Indulge in mouthwatering Greek cuisine, soak up the Mediterranean sun, and create unforgettable memories. Day 1 : Corfu

Location: Corfu

Accommodation Name: Gulet

Meals Included: Dinner

As today is the arrival day and we don’t set sail from the Old Port (NAOK marina) until after sunset, you have plenty of time to explore the wonders of Corfu Island.
The UNESCO World Heritage town of Kerkyra (Corfu Old Town) is full of cultural heritage from its days under Venetian, French and British rule. From architecture to traditions, towering fortresses to the narrow medieval streets, you can feel the multi-layers of Corfu island history.
If you have time to see more of the island, don’t miss the chance to explore the fishing village of Agni Bay, the dramatic cliff drops of Cape Drastis, the picturesque channel of the Canal d’Amour and the tucked-away community of Palaiokastritsa.
In the evening, we get acquainted with our sailing home for the next few days and get settled in, starting by dining with a view of the ocean as we set sail towards Kassiopi.
Note: On the rare occasion of any issues that may result from late arrivals, there is a possibility that we do not depart Corfu on Saturday evening, and instead set sail on Sunday morning.

Day 2 : Sivota

Location: Syvota

Accommodation Name: Gulet

Meals Included: Lunch

The rainfall on the Ionian Islands is what enables its lush and verdant landscapes to flourish. Think of thick forests, natural coves, green hills with olive groves, and ardent valleys that sit back-to-back with crystal clear waters and sparkling white beaches.
You can find this in the Mourtos and Sivota Islands, south of Corfu, where we sail and stop to marvel at some of the island best natural highlights. This includes the striking Papanikolis Cave and the famed Blue Lagoon Bay, where you can swim in the iridescent blue waters.
In the evening, stroll the traditional Marina village and take your pick of Greek eats from the idyllic tavern-lined promenade, where you can watch the sunset.

Day 3 : Parga

Location: Parga

Accommodation Name: gulet

Meals Included: Lunch

Nestled on the Ionian coastline of the Greece Mainland, Parga has been described as one of the region’s most beautiful villages. This is because of its two crystal clear bays that line either side of its main town and the iconic Venetian fortress that forms an impressive backdrop.
Known for its stunning natural environment that gives it an island feel, there are plenty of beachside hangouts and watersports to enjoy the coastline views, especially in the large bay west of Parga town. We will have lunch onboard, but stay in town for an evening of Greek feasting and hospitality.
Note: If the vessel manages to dock in the port, you will not need to use a water taxi. However, if you need one, the cost of the Water Taxi is not included in the overall price package.

Day 4 : Antipaxo

Location: Antipaxos

Accommodation Name: gulet

Meals Included: Lunch

Not many people know of Antipaxos, overshadowed by the main island of Paxos, but you will be glad you got to experience this lesser-known beauty spot.
First, we fuel up with a lunch before stopping for some coastal relaxation time at some of the islands secluded, tranquil bays that are home to the beaches of Voutoumi and Vrika.
Go snorkelling in the turquoise waters, feel the pebbles under your feet, take a walk amongst the clifftop surroundings and visit one of the three main towns – Gaios, Loggos and Lakka.
We will dine at a pop-up beach tavern in a secluded bay tucked away from the crowds, and later watch the stars from the deck of the yacht.

Day 5 : Gaios

Location: Paxos

Accommodation Name: Gulet

Meals Included: Lunch

With white pebble beaches, striking blue seas and lush green countryside, Paxos is one of Greece’s best-kept secrets. We will dock at the port of Gaios ready for a full day on the island.
You can easily explore with a motorcycle, although it’s also easy by foot, bike or car too. Spend the day seeking out the secluded coves and bays for swimming, enjoy the Venetian architecture of Gaios town or sample the world-renowned olive oil from the surrounding groves.
Watch the fisherman go about their work from one of the seafront cafes, before enjoying some of the best and freshest seafood at one of the excellent local tavernas that stock the best catch of the day.

Day 6 : Lakka

Location: Lakka

Accommodation Name: Gulet

Meals Included: Lunch, Dinner

Dotted with secluded bays and sea caves, with shallow waters for those keen to explore the underworld of the Ionian Sea, this part of Paxos Island is an explorer’s dream.
Enjoy lunch on the vessel while we sail towards bustling Lakka, the second largest village on the island set in a horseshoe bay to a backdrop of olive and cypresses trees. Visit the pebbled Kanoni beach and sandy Harami beach and wander amongst nature.
Later, stroll the vibrant promenade along the seafront. Full of bars and tavernas Lakka is the epitome of old school Greek charm. We will dock overnight at a picturesque bay here.
Note: The vessel cannot dock in the marina in this area.

Day 7 : Corfu

Location: Corfu

Accommodation Name: Gulet

Meals Included: Lunch

Before we head back to the mainland of Corfu Island, with free time to explore, we take the chance to fit in one more of Corfu’s long sandy beaches. We visit the beautiful Benitses Beach and village on the east coast of the island, enjoying an onboard lunch on the way for some final sweeping sea views.
We spend the night in the Marina of Corfu Old Town, where we enjoy a Captain’s dinner with the group in our final farewell.

Day 8 : Disembark

  • Is there any free time to explore places during the tour?

Definetely! Considering that our fuel consumption is equivelant to 4 cruising hours, per day, the remaining time of the day, guests will have plenty of time to either explore their destinations, have a dinner, or plan any possible excursion they are interested in!

  • Is there a limit to luggage that can be brought on the tour?

There is no luggage restiction, however we suggest all our passengers to travel lightly, prefferably with soft bags.

  • What is the fitness level required to do this tour?

Easy level. as there is no hard physical requirement.

  • What is the onboard accommodation standard?

All our onboard cabins and lounges, are equivelant to 3-star accommodation facilities.

  • What's the difference in Island hopping, between "Sail in Greece" and other mass-scale commercial ferry companies?

The difference between island hopping with us, and island hopping with any other mainstream-commercial ferry company, is mainly, the overall experience and comfort! Commercial Island hopping, would mean standing for hours in line, just to boat your ferry, traveling with other thousands of people, sometimes for many hours without truly being comfortable during the trip, absurd time schedules, as most commercial ferries have crazy embarkation/disembarkation schedules (sometimes as early, as 04:00 in the morning). Additionally, during commercial Island hopping, you won’t have any standard accommodation for that period, which means that you will be carrying your luggage everywhere you go, without the possibility of leaving them somewhere stress-free. On the other hand, traveling with us, on your own private gulet, would mean, overwhelming comfort due to the fact, that you will have the same accommodation for the whole trip’s duration! Of course, plenty of storage to leave your luggage and belongings, without the fear of losing anything, as our crew never leaves the ship. This means that your belongings will be safe, throughout the week you will be traveling with us! And also, besides the cruising hours, there is no other major time restriction, so you will have plenty of time, to do whatever you want!

  • When is the actual disembarkation?

All our cruises end on Saturdays (one week after the embarkation), at 09:00.

  • Are all entrance fees included in the price?

No, the only additional cost passengers should expect, is a one time 80€ per person port fee, which guests have to pay in cash, directly to the captain, at their arrival upon the vessel.

  • I will be traveling alone, is there any single supplement?

Many of our guests, choose to travel alone, as it follows the basic idea of our cruises. Independent individuals, come alone but travel with same-like-minded people, so many in the end, actually become friends! Please know, that if you are traveling solo, we will always try to allocate you to a cabin, with your same gender. On the other hand, if you desire to have your own private cabin, there will be an extra charge of 75% of the total amount of one's person’s price.

  • When is the check-in and departure?

Check-in is every Saturday at 16:00, from May until the end of October. The actual departure in on Sunday, up until 11:00. For more specific dates, please see our cruise calendar.

  • What currencies are required for this tour?

Greece's official currency, is the Euro (€)

  • Do you require a visa for this holiday?

No, as a company, we do not. However, please make sure that depending on your national travel regulations, you are following each guideling with caution.

  • What happens if a group doesn’t make its minimum required number of passengers?

Usually our embarkations are guaranteed, though this depends on the actual cruise-product and group-size.

  • Are children permitted to take part in the tour?

Yes, there is no age-restriction onboard.

  • Are the local guides English speaking?

Guided tours are optional. Thus, depending on the actual demand, we can definetely acquire an equivelant-speaking guide!

  • Is there a supplement for solo travellers?

Yes, there is. Our single cabin-occupancy charge, is at "Entry-rate + 75% of that entry-rate"

  • What is the available cabin type and what do cabins include?

We do have a variety of cabins, which range from doubles to twins (lower beds-bunk beds) to triples and a few quads, depending on the operating gulet. All cabins besides, their comfortable mattresses, are ensuite with their own shower, a hair dryer, a wardrobe for storage, reading lights, their own individual A/C device and an electric fan! If you want to be in the same cabin with your friends, just mention it, while booking with us. We can not guarantee that you will be together, but we will make everything possible to actually do that! Please keep in mind, that we provide 1 set of fresh linen and towels, for the cruising week.

  • What is the Corfu cruise, exactly?

Our Corfu cruise includes a unique Island hopping experience while spending a week at sea, exploring the best destinations, the Ionian sea has to offer! It is meant for independent, like-minded travelers, best suited for those who want to set sail for an adventure, explore Greek heritage and enjoy historical sightseeing!

  • Are flights included in this tour?

Flights are not included whatsoever. We do not book flights (pre/post cruise).

Sail in Greece trip

30-Sep-2023

We spent a week on the harmonia boat from Corfu around the islands. We stopped each day for swim stops and ventured to cute small ports each night. The boat crew were amazing and could not do more for us. The food and drinks were excellent. The cabins were really nice and the shower was fab after the swims. The crew were so friendly and looked after us so well. Highly recommend!

Hera

06-Oct-2023

Had a great experience cruising on Hera. The crew did a great job keeping things clean and preparing amazing food each day, and all were very friendly. Our only issue was the route slightly changing from our initial plans, which was due to the weather.. Overall I would absolutely recommend this trip!

Great Experience - do it !

12-Jun-2023

This was a lovely week - waking up each morning and going on deck to see the sea and island scenery, relaxing/reading/sunbathing on deck, eating good food, swimming off the boat, visiting small ports, and enjoying the company of (in our case), 17 other people. We had the ship Eros which had 10 cabins for guests (20 people) plus 4 crew. One negative about the Eros was the size of the cabins - small but comfortable! However there is an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Unforutnately our boat was late departing because the crew had been helping out another vessel next to us with an engine breakdown. So our first night was spent in Corfu port and we missed out on the trip to Kassiopi. After that it all went fine - the regime was a breakfast at 8:30, then cruise to some bay for a swim (either off the boat or transfer by dinghy to a beach), then move on to a port where we could disembark to explore the town and - if wanted - eat again at a taverna. Our fellow-passengers were German, British, Dutch and French. Mostly retired people but a couple of girls in their 30's. We all got on fine and got very pally by the end of the trip. The captain was Greek and the other crew were Egyptians, who worked hard. The cook was excellent (food was a mix of European breakfasts and Middle-Eastern dinners with Greek ingredients !). We were lucky because we had fine weather, really calm seas and almost no rain. Highlight of the trip: a pod of bottle-nosed dolphins buzzed us as we sailed between Antipaxos and Paxos!

Sea holidays

20-Oct-2023

We took the last sea tour of the 2023 summer season with my husband and 4-year-old son. The captains and all other employees were very polite. A good option to relax. We would like to thank the whole team (both Muhammed, Ahmet, Asım, Angelos ) especially our chef for the delicious meals.

I had a lovely week with Sail in Greece. The trip from Corfu was amazing and memorable. Beautiful islands, delicious food and friendly crew - we couldn’t have asked for more! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, the staff go the extra mile to

Great trip on the Eros

19-Oct-2023

We left from Corfu Town on the Eros and had a very enjoyable week travelling between various islands and the mainland. It was a great trip and we saw some lovely places in and around Corfu. The beaches of Antipaxos and ports in Paxos were particularly beautiful. The crew were helpful and the food at breakfast and lunch on board was really good. In the evenings we usually ate out in the port where we stayed overnight. The cabin was small but we spent very little time in it, so this didn't detract from the enjoyment of the voyage.
