Tour Overview
The 17 days Annapurna Circuit Trek combined with the high-altitude Tilicho Lake is one of the best treks of the Annapurnas. The trek takes you into the gorges of the Kali Gandaki, one of the deepest on the planet, and the beautiful sapphire lakes of Tilicho, one of the highest lakes on Earth. On route, we encounter a wide range of rich and diverse cultural settlements and terrains when walking in the heart of the Annapurna region. The Annapurna Circuit Trek with Tilicho Lake offers the most diverse terrains ranging from sub-tropical woodlands to dry and arid landscapes when traveling higher. The circuit trek with the views of Tilicho Lake lets you get on a spiritual escape to Muktinath, along with the impressive sceneries of the Annapurna peaks from the vantage point of Poon Hill. The trek starts at Kathmandu and takes us to Jagat via Beshisahar. The drive gives us a good impression and insight into the rural lifestyle and culture, extending to Pisang and acclimatizing at Manang. We reach the Tilicho Base Camp (4140 m.) via Siri Kharka and continue our journey toward the Lake. Sitting at an elevation of 4970 meters, Tilicho Lake is one of the major highlights of this trek. Even popular as one of the most trekked destinations in Nepal, the Lake has its peculiar glow reflected in the water. The Annapurna Circuit Trek with Tilicho Lake takes us on the fascinating Trek in Manang region via the Thorong La pass as we hike up to the cerulean waters of Tilicho Lake. The trek can sometimes get demanding as you ascend to higher altitudes from difficult passes. However, the trekking trails are filled with landscapes and sights that feel surreal while making the journey. The arduous journey encompasses famous landmarks like Manang, Muktinath, and Nepal's windiest valleys; Jomsom has significant spiritual and religious importance to people. Both the Hindu and Buddhist people believe taking a spiritual bath frees oneself from the sins committed in the past life. The trek ends with a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, returning to Kathmandu, where our Annapurna Tilicho Lake Trek ends.Join the Peregrine Treks for a rewarding experience you would not want to miss.
