Both were fantastic, our guide was so knowledgeable and kept an eye on all of us, couldn't fault him in anyway. The accomodation at the cave hotel was out of this world amazing and beautiful, the food was a bit ordinary and staff not so attentive, would have loved to stay longer and try one of the massages. The other hotels were good but that one just stood out for me. Our bus driver was very proficient and kind too.

Treasures of Turkey - 11 days

26-Sep-2024

The tour guide was excellent and the tour good. There was one day where we travelled for over an hour to stay in Izmir and then retraced our steps the next morning back to Ephesus. It made no sense to stay in Izmir for those 2 nights and none of us stepped outside the hotel. It took forever to battle Izmir traffic. It would have been infinitely preferable to have stayed 2 nights in a hotel in Ephesus and not in a central city hotel in Izmir where we did nothing.
