Itinerary good. Disappointed about the lack of time/interest in visiting The Guggenheim Gallery. Updates for the group were almost nonexistent, very confusing. My group started with 32 person Welcome Dinner, 16 person city tour, then a 3 person tour with only hard to understand Driver.

Not satisfied with the quality of hotels except for Hyatt regency. No communication when we arrived as to what to expect. Once we left Madrid we had no guide accompanying us. The driver was inexperienced and had no knowledge of the places he was taking us to. Also drove too fast for safety.
