Day 3 : Rome To Bologna
Location: Bologna

After breakfast at your hotel, head to Rome train station to travel to Bologna (the train journey is approximately 2.5 hours). Once you arrive, check-in at your hotel. Optional transfers to or from the train station are available upon request.
At 2:50 PM, meet at Piazza del Nettuno (next to Bar Vittorio Emanuele) to collect your Food Tasting Box. Inside the box, you will find a city map with a recommended route to follow for collecting your tasting food vouchers (valid for 48 hours), allowing you to enjoy small tastings of local and traditional foods in the most frequented spots by the Bolognese. Each voucher details what it includes and where to use it; you can also scan the QR code to follow the path on Google Maps.
You’re now ready for a walking tour of Bologna’s city center with an expert guide. Discover the Basilica of San Petronio in Piazza Maggiore, explore picturesque alleys, and visit Piazza Santo Stefano. Admire the Two Towers, Asinelli and Garisenda, and wander through the historic Quadrilatero market to savor the local food aromas. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy.
Day 4 : Bologna

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The day is yours to use the food-tasting vouchers. You can also opt for additional experiences, such as a cooking class, wine tasting, balsamic vinegar tasting, a food tour through the region including Modena or Parma, or visits to the Ferrari and Lamborghini Museums. Day 5 : Bologna To Rome
