Itinerary
Day 1 : Windsor
Discover the ancient royal town of Windsor, a beautiful town with a rich history situated on the River Thames and most famous for Windsor Castle, one of the official residences of His Majesty The King and the British Royal Family.
Windsor Castle towers over this regal town and offers various exhibitions and attractions to see, from Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Changing of the Royal Guards to the Gothic St George’s Chapel and the State Apartments.
Day 2 : Henley-On-Thames
Known as one of the most beautiful market towns in England, Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire is located on the River Thames, overlooked by the Chiltern Hills.
Henley is a popular destination for shopping and culture, with plenty of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Day 3 : Marlow
Considered one of the loveliest locations on the River Thames, Marlow is situated between Henley-on-Thames and Windsor. The town’s main landmark is a suspension bridge, and the centre has many historic buildings, shops, wine bars, and pubs which all contribute to a lively, yet charming town.
The town is overlooked by the Chilterns, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, and some visitors might recognise some locations from the Midsomer Murders TV series.
