We wouldn't blame you for sticking around and exploring Melbourne's food scene in depth. Ask us for advice on the hottest restaurants and bars.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before starting your day or maybe start the day before breafkast? Sunrise over Uluru is the only reason to rise early, in our opinion. Incredibly, the Rocks base caves are home to First Nations art that dates back tens of thousands of years. What a privilege to see it. As you approach Kata Tjuta, the ochres and silvery greens of the NT outback follow you, and Walpa Gorge humbles you with its towering cliffs. Explore the tallest domes prior to yet another beautiful sunset (and sparkling wine)
