Albanian Highlands Experience

01-Oct-2018

We booked this 7 day guided group tour as the last trip of the season because it fitted into our European itinerary, and we fully expected some rainy weather. Instead, this year was dry, and the autumn foliage was absolutely spectacular! The professionalism of our guide Geri, the food (and raki), the amazing scenery and hikes in the Accursed Mountains, the friendly Albanian people, and exceptional value for money, have made this tour the highlight of a holiday filled with wonderful memories. Highly recommended.

Sette giorni sulle splendide Alpi albanesi, tra gente accogliente e ospitale sono stati una piacevolissima sorpresa con un gruppo eterogeneo che ha condiviso l'allegria e le risate grazie a Rando super guida..

Albanian highlands experience

17-Jun-2019

We had a wonderful experience. It was more than we expected - in all the best ways! The focus on traditional life, food and people in the region made it much more enjoyable than a simple hike in the mountains. Rando was more than a competent guide; he was gracious and willing to adjust to the pace of our (admittedly) small group. Overall, the blend of a physical challenge with a cultural one made the trip for us. Don’t change a thing!
