Classic Kenya 4WD Safari

an unforgettable experience; the migration was a once in a lifetime thrill and I wouldn't have missed it for anyjthing and, as always the company was exceptional. kind, thoughtful co-travellers who made it even better. the organisation was good and delivered everything it promised.

This was the first time I'd used Exodus and also my first time visiting Kenya and let me tell you, it was brilliant. I had an amazing time. I loved the week away from start to finish. The trip was well organised and having met such helpful, polite people along the way it ticked all my boxes. I met a lovely group of people who were also single travellers so that helped. The Food was excellent and I enjoyed trying new things. The rooms at both hotels were always clean and well maintained. You could not fault the staff. Every ask was not a problem. There is a bit of traveling and on some bad roads but apart from that, this is a trip I would return on again and again. Thank you Exodus and everyone I met!!

The trip was fantastic. Davis & Kenneth were great guides and they made the trip! The balloon safari is well worth doing as it makes you appreciate how vast the Mara is.Would go back tomorrow!!

Fabulous trip watching the wonderful wildlife. The roads are bumpy but that just adds to the experience.

I thought this trip was stunning. It was more than simply going on a safari. As well as seeing the wildlife, you see a bit of Kenya, and meet some wonderful local people. This trip will stay with me as a special memory for the rest of my life.

Wow!!Fabulous animals, knowledgeable guides - a trip that exceeded all my expectations

We had been on several Exodus trips before in Africa and the Caribbean. We didn't have enough spare time for one of the longer trips so chose this one. We expected that the guides would be able to find animals in the parks and give advice, including on birds. They exceeded all expectations and more than once we located Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Hyena, Jackal and Rhino. 194 bird species was exceptional, even though we didn't take a lot of time out specifically for birds. The two locations are brilliant in different ways. Lake Elementaita Lodge has a resident Spotted Eagle Owl. Ilkeliani has a resident Maasai wildlife expert, including copying bird calls!

A 7 day trip with lots of early starts, but that aside it was well worth it, scenery was amazing, and a lot of animals were seen, including cheetahs and a leopard. Considering it was my first safari I was really lucky in what was seen. The guides were great and really knew their stuff, and I also had the other vital ingrediant to a great holiday in that I was with some really fun people.

This holiday was excellent both in the accommodation choices, food provided, the safari itself and the particular mix of people we had within our group. One thing could I think be easily overcome - we were all advised to get the visa on arrival and on the plane that it would be £20 I think it was but when we arrived, it was not only more expensive but it took a long time to get, thus making people in our group wait a long time for some of us. The currency being ok to get on arrival although cheaper, incurred delays also making of us feel rather bad right at the start of the trip!More positives outweigh the negatives though!
