Ready to explore every facet of Egypts thrilling history? On this hand-crafted tour, we have taken care to include every aspect of the archeological finds, the temples, the statues and the pyramids that make ancient Egypt one of the most intriguing spectacles in the world. Sail, fly and drive with us through 5,000 years of fascinating history.You will start off the trip in Cairo, exploring the wonder of the great pyramids and majestic sphinx before visiting arguably the greatest museum in the world. We then fly you down to Luxor to explore Karnak before boarding your five-star, four-night Nile cruise.While on-board you will visit the Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo and Aswan where you will access the Temple of Isis by small motorboats. After spending time on the majestic Nile, both in your cruiser and on local felucca boats, you will get back on dry land with visits to Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Alexandria, all rich with incredibly preserved history.Every step of the way you will be accompanied by an expert Egyptologist, who will bring the stories of these wonderful locations to life, painting the picture of a time where Egypt’s might was all-encompassing.

Day 1 : Arrive In Cairo
Location: Cairo
On the first day, we'll be waiting for you with a sign of your name at the Cairo airport to give you your visa help you with immigration controls and take you to your hotel,

Day 2 : Cairo
Location: Cairo
Breakfast. Half day visits to the Three Pyramids of Giza; Cheops, Chefren & Micerinos, theEternal Sphinx & the Valley Temple of Chefren (It doesn't include the entrance to the interior of the Pyramids).
In the afternoon, free day at leisure and possibility to do an optional visit to Saqqara Necropolis & Memphis City, Capital of the Old Empire.
Overnight: Cairo Meals: Breakfast - Lunch
Day 3 : Cairo - Luxor
Location: Luxor
Transfer to Cairo International Airport & domestic flight to Luxor. Arrival to Luxor. Transfer to the motor ship. Visit to the Eastern Bank in Luxor; to the Temples of Luxor & Karnak. Getting back to the motor ship. Overnight on board.
Overnight: Luxor Cruise Meals: Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
Day 4 : Luxor - Esna - Edfu
Location: Edfu
Visit to the Western Bank in Luxor; to the Necropolis of Thebes; to the Valley of the Kings, to the Funeral Temple of the Queen Hatshepsut known asEl-Deir El-Bahari, & to the Colossi of Memnon. At the scheduled time, we will sail to Esna. We will cross the Esna Lock & continue sailing towards Edfu. Overnight on board.

Day 5 : Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan
Location: Aswan
Arrival to Edfu & visit to the Temple of Edfudedicated to the god Horus. Navigation to Kom Ombo. Arrival to Kom Ombo & visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo the only one dedicated to two divinities: The god Sobek with a crocodile head & the god Haroeris with a falcon head. Navigation to Aswan. Overnight on board.

Day 6 : Aswan
Location: Aswan
Very early in the morning (03:00AM) Possibility to do an optional excursion to the famous Temples of Abu Simbel. (Return at 11:00AM)
Visit to the High Dam of Aswan & to the Temple of Philae. A ride on a Faluca along the River Nile will be undertaken (typical egyptian sailboats) from where we can admire & enjoy a panoramic visit to the Mausoleum of Agha Khan, to the Elephantine Island & to the Botanical Garden. Overnight on board.
Overnight: Aswan Cruise Meals: Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 7 : Aswan - Cairo
Location: Cairo
Breakfast on board & disembarkation. At the determined time, transfer to Aswan International Airport, domestic flight back to Cairo. Arrival to Cairo. Transfer to the hotel. Half day visits to the Three Pyramids of Giza; Cheops, Chefren & Micerinos, the Eternal Sphinx & the Valley Temple of Chefren "doesn't include entrance to the interior of the Pyramids". Lunch at a local restaurant.

Day 8 : Cairo
Location: Cairo
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for optional excursions or free activities.

Day 9 : Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo
Location: Cairo
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day of visits to Alexandria with lunch. In the morning, departure towards Alexandria, the mythical city on the shores of the Mediterranean. A visit to the most interesting places of the city: The Pompey Column, the most important vestige of the Serapeion, the most beautiful temple in Alexandria, the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa & tour of its promenade, passing through the old fishing district. A visit to the Qaitbay Fort built at the end of the s. XV at the former site of the Lighthouse of Alexandria. A visit to the New Bibliotheca of Alexandria, a unique building of beautiful and pure modern forms, rebuilt under the auspices of UNESCO. Free time in they city & return back to Cairo by the highway. Transfer to the hotel & overnight.

Day 10 : Cairo Departure
Location: Cairo
Today we take you back to Cairo Airport to meet your onward connection as you bid a fond farewell to Egypt and its rich history.

This trip requires Passport ID page copy of each traveler. You can cover your photo on the page with a piece of paper It is required to issue your flight tickets, cruise tickets of ferry tickets.
On the other hand It is always advisable that you get a photocopy taken of your passport’s information page, prior to your travel, for security reasons. This is particularly useful if the trip is international, and the person is far away from their home country. A photocopy of your passport makes passport renewal an easier process, especially in a situation where the passport was damaged, lost or stolen.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
At Eskapas we have a flexible policy. You must change it until 30 days prior to your departure otherwise any changes mean "cancellation".

ESKAPAS allows you to make 1 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 61 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
ESKAPAS allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform eskapas, 61 days before departure.

Low Deposit
ESKAPAS requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 61 days before departure.

We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of eskapas charges.
Up to 61 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 25% of booking price.
At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of booking price.
At 14 days before tour starts: Forfeit 75% of booking price.
At 7 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
