Great Customer Service

06-Aug-2021

Carrani tours was responsible for the first 3 days of our trip. From Rome to Naples to Pompeii and arranged transportation to and from Amalfi. The guide Rossella was great. She even helped us with the next leg of our trip (different operator). I forgot the bus driver name but he was very good and helpful. Guide Paula leaded the group through Naples and Pompeii, she was great. The drivers to and from Amalfi were very good. Thanks Carrani Tour.

😱Unbelievable and wonderful. Roberta was our guide for the Vatican City on 27 September 2022. She was excellent and very helpful. We skipped the line and she explained each room and gave a whole new meaning on the Vatican City. She provided little tidbits and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. Her English were excellent as well as her German 😀. She is well travelled and was a pleasure to discuss the Italian history with. I would definitely recommend I Love Rome - Roberta for the Vatican City skip the line tour, worth every penny and minute.

Viagem "Perfetta"

02-Feb-2020

Was a great tour, a lot to see. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and was good with questions. The only con was that he was walking fast. But other than that, this tour was great. Just keep in mind a lot of walking, so have shoes that can keep up.

Save your money on Uber instead. Buses’ AC are BROKEN and so are some of the outlets for the audio guide. When it rains, good luck because the ceiling from upstairs will leak all over the lower deck.

Two stars, because the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel is beautiful and impressive. The guided tour itself does not deserve any stars. We wated for 95 minutes after the sqeduled time for guests who didn’t come, in the boiling sun, and our guide seemed totally lost when we finally arrived the museum. She was not able to retrieve the right amount og tickets for the group to enter, and spent another huge amount of time to get it right. Inside the tour her audioguide worked only periodically, and what she managed to tell us was far from impressive. For a fee this large we expect far far more.

Amateur. One stars, because the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel is beautiful and impressive. The guided tour itself does not deserve any stars. The company should prepare their staff properly for such a wonderful place. I think is not guided tour fault only but Greyline responsibility. Shallow possession of the narrative subject, as a consequence, no answers to the questions. Citation of information and facts, known from school textbooks. The story is "about anything", without logic and casual relationships. Constant distractions, literally to everything that comes into view. Inability to tell exciting stories...

Over sold tickets and every stop had people waiting with multiple buses full capacity. Other tour companies had room and no issues at the stands. We managed to get on one time and there was 6 empty seats in the back row when they denied more boarding so they weren't even keeping track correctly for capacity
