Today, you will explore the Giza Plateau. Today’s tour includes the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure with the great Sphinx. The only ancient wonder which still exists (Khufu’s pyramid) awaits you. Are you ready to explore it from the inside?

Today, you will explore the fabulous contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Thousands of artifacts from all periods of Egyptian history are displayed on the two floors of the museum. From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, built-in 1172 to defend Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel. After some days in Hurghada, you are driving to Luxor to start your 4-night Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. After arriving on board, you will check into your room. Both temples were dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.
Day 11 : Kings Valley, Hatshepsut Temple And Colossi Of Memnon

Today, you will explore the magnificent tombs of the Valley of the Kings. The pharaohs during the New Kingdom ceased building pyramids and cut their tombs deep into the mountain trying to hide them from the grave robbers. There are 65 tombs in the Valley of the Kings, your guide will recommend the best 3 tombs of the opened ones to visit. From the magnificent Valley of the Kings to the unique Temple of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut who ruled as solo pharaoh for about 20 years. You will end your trip at the giant Colossi of Memnon which survives from the Temple of pharaoh Amenhotep III. Back to the ship to set sail to Edfu through the Lock of Esna. Overnight is in Edfu.
Day 12 : Edfu And Kom Ombo Temples
Location: Temple of Kom Ombo, The Temple of Horus at Edfu

You will wake up on the voices of the horsemen who are waiting to take you to the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is the most intact temple in Egypt and was built during the Greco-Roman period. After visiting the temple, you will sail up to Kom Ombo to visit the twin Temple of Sobek, the Crocodile god, and Horus, the Falcon god. Then proceed to the Crocodile Museum in the vicinity of the temple. After the tour, the ship will sail up to Aswan where it moors for the next two days.
Day 13 : Aswan Tour
Location: Philae Temple, Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk
Accommodation: Nile cruise ship

Welcome to the lovely City of Aswan. Your tour includes the largest engineering project in the 1960s, the High Dam as well as the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk, and the awesome Temple of Philae. Back on board for lunch. Late afternoon, you will take a traditional sailboat called Fellucca for a ride around Elephantine Island. Free evening to wander through the city.
Day 14 : Disembarkation - Lake Nasser Cruise
Location: Abu Simbel Temples

Disembarkation then transfer to Abu Simbel to board your Lake Nasser cruise for the next four days. Have lunch on board. Visit the phenomenal Temples of Ramses and Nefertari at Abu Simbel.

Day 15 : Qasr Ibrim - Amada
Location: Temple of Amada

The ship sets sail from Abu Simbel to Qasr Ibrim, which you will view from the top deck. Then set sail to Amada to overnight there.
Day 16 : Amada - Wadi Es-Seboua- Aswan

Today at Amada, you will visit the Temple of Amada, and the tomb of the Viceroy of Nubia, Pennut.

Then set sail to Aswan for overnight.
Day 17 : New Kalabsha Area - Fly Back To Cairo
