We are back home with wonderful memories of out trip to Istanbul and Cappadocia. Thanks to your company for the professional service and flexibility. We are very grateful for the accomodation upgrade in Cappadocia to the Fresco Cave Suites which was lovely. I must admit that I have better appreciation for the historical sites in istanbul after our guide, Eren Bolek, thoroughly explained adding a bit of humor so as not to bore us. He was also a great shopping companion as he guided us to selected shops that offered better items at bargain prices and waited for us patiently to complete our purchase. From our accomodations, the restaurants we dined in, the vehicle that transported us, the tour sights and ofcourse our knowledgeable and friendly guide-Eren, everything surpassed our expectations. Our guides in Cappadocia- Nila and Mehmet were also knowledgeable, articulate and fun. Will definitely recommend your company to friends looking for new travel destinations.

From the time you are received at the Airport to the time you are dropped back you have nothing to worry about. Trips are very very well co-ordinated. all cars, drivers, guides were amazing. All hotels were amazing except one which was ordinary. The best hotel was the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Mr. Ozgur our tour co-ordinator was extremely help throughout the process. From the time booking was done till we reached back home he was always available on whatsapp to answer all your queries patiently. All the site seeing programs started bang on time and ended on time. I must commend you and your amazing guides for planning our fabulous trip to Istanbul, Cappadoccia, and Ephesus. Everything was perfect--and it was wonderful meeting you outside the Topkapi Palace on the Hippodrome. Your guides took us through all of the major sites, effortlessly, despite crowds, they knew exactly what time we should be at each site, and there was no rush. Their English was clear and very understandable, and they were very knowledgeable. And our trip through the Grand Bazaar, and also a cruise on the Bosphorus, just added to the experience. We certainly would have gotten lost in the Bazaar without the help of our guide!! All of your suggestions, and hotels along the way, were also first class. The service was wonderful. You were so attentive to all of my many questions prior to the trip, and you replied quickly. My husband and I felt very safe, and very much at ease, and each day brought us wonderful memories and experiences. Everything about it was perfect. The guides and drivers were wonderful. Hot Air Balloon tour was really lifetime experience City of Sultans is an excellent company to deal with. They responded to our request quickly and adjusted our itinerary to accommodate our interests. All of the hotels were wonderful and the personal guides they supplied were extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Mr Ozgur planned our trip with attention to every detail and the logistics went off without a hitch.
