On the first day, the tour departs from London St Pancras International on the Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord. Upon arrival, guests are transferred to the ship on the River Seine, where they are introduced to the crew and enjoy a welcome cocktail before dinner. If water levels permit, there is a cruise through Paris by night.

On the second day, there is a morning excursion to the Musée de l’Orangerie des Tuileries to see Claude Monet's murals. After returning to the ship for lunch, the afternoon is free for shopping and sightseeing in Paris. Dinner is served on board, and the ship moors overnight in Paris.

On the third day, the morning is spent cruising to Vernon. In the afternoon, guests visit Giverny to explore Claude Monet's house and gardens, followed by a visit to the church where Monet is buried. Dinner and entertainment are provided on board as the ship cruises to Duclair.

The fourth day includes visits to Château de Miromesnil and its kitchen garden, and the garden of Le Vasterival. A packed lunch is provided, and a guided tour is included at Le Vasterival. The ship overnights at Honfleur.

On the fifth day, the tour visits the Pegasus Bridge Memorial Museum, which commemorates the Anglo-Canadian 6th Airborne Division's role in the D-Day Landings.

The highlight of the sixth day is a visit to the Jardin Plume, a contemporary garden in a Normandy orchard, after the ship arrives in Rouen around midday.

On the seventh day, guests visit the Jardin d’Angélique, known for its roses, and enjoy a farewell gala dinner on board the ship.

The Seine Cruise 800 concludes with breakfast on board, followed by disembarkation and transfer to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar train back to London.

Generally, our coaches have reclining seats, air-conditioning and toilets, however this cannot always be guaranteed as sometimes we have to use smaller vehicles. Toilets are recommended for emergency use only and regular comfort stops will be made throughout your holiday while travelling around.

Absolutely not. You are more than welcome to spend the day at your hotel or exploring independently should you wish. All we ask is that you inform your Tour Manager, so they are not left waiting for you to join the group.

You need to be able to get on and off the coach unassisted, and most – but not all – coaches have a kneel facility that lowers the front step for ease of boarding

There’s no fixed limit, but we generally say one large suitcase to go in the luggage compartment and a smaller bag that you can take onto the coach with you. For flight-inclusive holidays, we include a luggage allowance of at least 20kg.

UK garden holidays generally depart from London, with additional pick-ups depending on the route of the coach, while holidays to Scotland depart from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, with Dundee, Inverness and Aberdeen sometimes included. All Eurostar holidays depart from London St. Pancras and flight-inclusive holidays depart from one or more of the main London airports, with regional flights .

Unfortunately, single room supplements are charges that are often imposed on us as a company when we book rooms for group holidays. However, most hotels do charge less for single occupancy, and we always pass this saving on to our solo travellers in the form of a modest single supplement.
