What terrible service, my husband requested a flight from Tuesday, to travel on Friday, with the advisor Mr. Israel Zapata.. Wednesday and Thursday he sends. Different emails indicating that the miles increased to want to collect additional cash. He is answered stating that if he has miles and continues to increase these miles and wanting to charge additional costs... what a lack of respect and seriousness from this man
