Today we will get an early start to visit Meteora and take a tour of the cliff-top monasteries, built on top of rock towers and providing fantastic views over the plain. Meteora is considered one of the most beautiful areas of mainland Greece, and its monasteries contain priceless historical and religious treasures. We return to Athens via Thermopylae where we have a short stop to see the Leonidas Monument. We will arrive in Athens in late afternoon.

On the first day, you will depart from Athens, pass through Thebes and Levadia, visit Delphi, and then travel to Kalambaka for an overnight stay.

Is there an age limit?
No! Most of our bamba travellers fall between the ages of 18 - 35, but everyone is young at heart and welcome to come experience the world with us! If you are between the ages of 18 and 118, we invite you to travel with bamba and have the time of your life! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?

Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip, especially when travelling in developing countries.
