The Best Wines of Tuscany in 5 Exclusive Days from Florence

The beginning of your authentically Italian 5-day tour in Tuscany will start early in the morning at your hotel in Florence. Then, we will proceed to the first winery while enjoying a relaxing drive through the Tuscan countryside. You will be taken on a visit to the wine cellars and taste the best signature wines of the wine-producing estate: DOCG Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan. The whole wine making process will be explained, so as your knowledge of wine is already deepened on the first day of your "wine immersion".

After the wine tasting, you will have the chance to learn how Italians cook some of their famously delicious food by attending a private cooking class. Get ready to get your hands full of flour preparing tasty Tuscan dishes. Our focus is to teach you how to make different dishes that are the heart and soul of the traditional Tuscan cuisine. You will eat everything you prepared yourselves along with the farm’s wines.

Back to Hotel and relax before dinner at the Osteria inside the Borgo.

After breakfast a moment of relax before start our day visiting one of the most famous Borgos in Tuscany, San Gimignano where you will meet our local guide for a guided tour.
Finished the visit of San Gimignano, we will head to the winery place in the DOCG Vernacia di San Gimignano, first DOC in Italy, where you will have a private tour of the cellars, wine tasting and a typical Tuscan lunch.
Continuos our day with a guide visit of the famous city of Siena, where the horses are raced in the main square of the Palio.

After breakfast, we will departure towards the first winery of the famous area of Brunello di Montalcino, where you will be taken on a private tour of the cellars and tasting of the wines with a range of local products. The whole wine making process will be explained.

Second stop of our five days wine tour, will be at the second running family winery, where we will taste one of the most wonderful wines in the world, with a range of local products.
In the afternoon, arrive to the mediaeval town of Montalcino, the hilltop town that gives its name to both, the region and its wines.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to walk around the walls of the fortress, where brave soldiers of the Republic of Siena made their last stand against Florence.
Spend your leisure time visiting the local shops hunting for the last souvenir.
Return to our hotel and relax before dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, your five days wine tour, continue visiting the first winery in the area of Montepulciano, where we will be taken on a private tour of the cellars and tasting of the wines.
The whole wine making process will be explained, tasting three wines with a range of local products.
Continue the tour with a delicious five courses lunch at the winery, pairing five wines with the food.

Then you will proceed to the famous town of Montepulciano, one of the most beautiful Tuscan mediaeval villages, famous for its Nobile wine, where you will meet our local guide for a guided tour of the village.
Departure to the second winery, on the heart of Val D’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the most timeless and unspoiled places in Italy and famous for the film Under the Tuscany Sun, where you will have a tour of the cellars and wine tasting of the best winery wines.

Next after the tasting, we will go towards a Caseificio (cheese factory) where we will have a delicious Dinner with the farm products.

After breakfast at the hotel, your five days wine tour, continue visiting a modern biodynamic winery.
The wine is produced in such a manner as not to cause a detrimental environmental impact in the area. We will have a tour of the vineyards in a special means of transportation, a tour of the cellars and will finish with tasting three wines accompanied by a tasty lunch with products km 0.
Then you will proceed to one of the most beautiful Tuscan mediaeval Borgos in Italy, discover this small village located on the Etruscan coast, a place in front of the Mediterranean Sea, where qualitative wines have been produced since
Etruscan times up to the present day.
We will stroll around the small mediaeval streets, have a coffee, gelato or just sit in the main square and relax with the locals.
Continuing our tour, we will visit the second winery, located in an incredible place, where we will taste some of the most prestigious wines with worldwide recognition.
