The beginning of your six days Wine tour Friuli Venezia Giulia will start early in the morning at your hotel in Florence.
Then we will proceed our journey to our Hotel-Castle Spa Winery.

First stop will be Padova, where our local guide will guide us around the streets of this beautiful city.
Lunch in Padova at one of the most famous Trattorias for the locals.

After lunch, we will depart towards the first winery of our 7 days wine tour.
Located in the small town of Vistorta, this property belong to the same family since 1780.
You will have a private tour of the cellars and receive a full explanation of the wines and other specialities that are produced on the wine estate

Finished the tasting, we will depart to our Hotel-Castle, where we will relax until dinner, which will be at the osteria inside the hotel.

We left the hotel after breakfast making our way to a Castle Winery, where we will be taking for a private tour of the winery and cellars.
You will receive a full explanation of the wine production.

After the tasting we will return to the Hotel, where we will have the chanted of learning how in this region cook some of their famously food by attending a private cooking class.

Our focus is to teach you how to make different dishes that are the heart and soul of the traditional Friulana cuisine.
Finished the class, you will eat all that you prepared along with the farms wines.

After lunch and relax at the Hotel Spa before dinner.

After breakfast, we will make our move towards the beautiful and famous city of Aquileia, where we will meet the local guide for a guided tour of the city.

After the visit, we will visit the Tarlao wine cellar, famous for its organic wines.
Here we will receive all the information to know their wines with a visit to the cellars and vineyards, ending with a delicious lunch pairing with the best winery's wines.

After lunch and a moment of relaxation, we will depart to Tiestre, where we will have a guided tour with a local guide.

Dinner and return to the hotel.

After breakfast, we will continue our six-day tour of Friuli with a visit to a winery that has left its mark on the traditional wines of this region.

Here we will be taken to visit the vineyards and the cellar, ending with a tasting of the best wines accompanied by local products.

We will continue our day with a visit to the ham factory in the heart of San Daniele, hams famous all over the world for their quality.

We will receive first-hand information on how San Daniele hams are produced, ending with a tasting and lunch with local products.

The day will continue with a visit to the grappa distillery, where we will learn the secrets of how to make a quality grappa and ending with a tasting of different styles of grappa.

To end our day in a good way, on our way back to the hotel, we will stop to visit one of the most beautiful borgos in Italy, Civitale del Friuli.
We will have an evening visit guided by a local guide, ending in one of the most loyal restaurants for the locals.

Return to the hotel after dinner.

After breakfast our tour will start with a visit to a particular farm, the Middi balsemeria, where we will have a private tour to learn the secrets of the production of balsamic must, always ending our visit with a tasting of their best products.

We will continue with a visit to the winery Bastianich, Yes, the famous chef of New York and judge of Master Chef Italy.
Here we will have a private tour of the winery and cellar, where we will have the opportunity to taste some of his best products seated at the restaurant table enjoying a delicious lunch.
