We do recommend tipping at various instances, but tip higher only when you are very happy with the service. Standard tipping that travelers provide to different service providers: Pickup & Drop - 2$ to 10$ Waiters -1$ to 5$ Drivers - 5$ to 10$ Managers & Tour Guides - 10$ to 50$ or it totally depends on you

Fantastic Tour

11-November-2019

The ratings are given in the context of the price we paid which was extremely reasonable for the attentive service we were given. We were looked after at all times including being dropped off onto our correct train carriage in Delhi. The itinerary was full but not rushed. I would use Alkof tours again and recommend them to others.

Bandhavgarh Kanha Pench Tour

22-Oct-22

Our family had a customized tour that included all three national parks for tiger safaris as well as the traditional golden triangle tour. We had 2 different drivers during the tour that picked us up at the airport or drove us to the next location. The drivers were always early, extremely friendly and helpful, and the cars were immaculate. We stayed at six different hotels that were picked out for us. They were all very nice and I would stay at them again. The guides at each location were very knowledgeable and friendly. The company itself stayed in contact with me throughout the trip to make sure I did not need anything. I would highly recommend this company. This tour was much more flexible and convenient than participating in a group tour where everyone has to keep up with a group pace.

Kerala Ayurveda Tour

16-Mar-23

This February, I with my group of 8 other people visited the Kerala Ayurveda Tour with Alkof Holidays, It was a journey unlike any other. Spanning across the picturesque landscapes of Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey Backwaters, and culminating in the tranquil haven of Kovalam, this journey offered a perfect blend of cultural immersion and wellness indulgence. Alkof Holidays orchestrated an impeccable itinerary that allowed us to delve into the vibrant tapestry of Kerala's diverse attractions. From the colonial charm of Kochi to the mist-covered hills of Munnar, each destination captivated us with its unique allure and rich heritage. The tour was seamlessly curated to ensure that we experienced the essence of each place, from spice plantations in Thekkady to the serene backwaters of Alleppey. Amidst our travels, the highlight undoubtedly awaited us in Kovalam, where Alkof Holidays orchestrated a transformative Ayurveda experience. Nestled along the sun-kissed shores, we were enveloped in a realm of holistic healing and rejuvenation. The Ayurvedic treatments, personalized to our needs, were a testament to Kerala's ancient wellness traditions, leaving us feeling refreshed and revitalized. Throughout our journey, Alkof Holidays' commitment to excellence was unwavering. From luxurious accommodations to seamless logistics, every detail was meticulously arranged to ensure our utmost comfort and satisfaction. India Tiger Tour with Mumbai

21-Mar-23

Wow - in a word! Action packed with adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed the six half-day safaris over 5 days but would suggest this tour is best suited to the active and adventurous types. There was a lot of distance covered both within three national parks and along the treacherous roads in-between. We were fortunate to have been provided with an excellent driver who was equal to the many challenges. A nice touch was the superbly guided tour of Mumbai on our first day in India providing a good grounding into the history and culture if India whilst offering a brief opportunity to recover from our long journey from Australia. We have already booked our next tour! Thanks to everyone involved.

Central India Wildlife Tour

17-Apr-24

I had to cancel the tour for personal reasons. This review is in praise of the thoughtful and understanding treatment that I received from Sunil at Alkof. He spend a lot of time explaining everything to me before and booked. Then, when I had to cancel, he was sympathetic and refunded my deposit. I've travelled a great deal and there are many tour operators who are untrustworthy. Alkof has shown itself to be honest and reliable.

Perfect - we saw everything on our bucket list.

11-Jan-2019

We arrived in India and graciously met Sachin - the tour manager and transported to the hotel in New Delhi! We had to alter our plans and extended the tour for 2 more days. From second day we started our sightseeing of Delhi, next day visited Agra, then Fatehpur Sikri and then Jaipur. The driver and the local guides were punctual, polite, and worked very hard to make our trip enjoyable. Sachin made sure we saw everything on our bucket list. I recommend Alkof Holidays, thank you so much.
