5 Day All Mountain Flex Ski & Snowboard Package.

Today we will collect you from your accommodation and head to NZSKI's Jewel in the crown resort of Coronet Peak for a full day of skiing and snowboarding.

Located just 25 minutes from your hotel, Coronet or "The Peak" is where it all began for skiing in the Wakatipu and for us remains unbeatable on a powder day.  This resort is great for all ability levels and has views to die for.  See here for the Coronet peak trail map.

The layout of the mountain terrain and positioning of the lifts allows for fantastic freedom and is a freerider's dream. There are great facilities at Coronet Peak with 462 Metres vertical drop, 280 Hectares of terrain, three chairlifts, one T-Bar and four surface lifts for beginners.  Night Skiing is also available on Wednesday's and Friday's from late June to early September so you can also take in an amazing sunset before lapping the floodlit ski field.

Coronet is home to two restaurants, two bars and a cafe and naturally has full rental facilities, private and group lessons through their ski school and a snow shop for any retails needs.

Today we head out of town to the incredibly popular Cardrona skifield which is located between the two alpine towns of Queenstown and Wanaka. Cardies is an epic winter playground with superb terrain, the most extensive park & pipe facilities in the Southern Hemisphere,  and excellent on-mountain facilities. The skiing and riding here offers great variety for beginner to expert with  both wide open pistes and gnarly chutes which makes it a real crowd pleaser.  You can can see here for the full Cardrona trail map.

Cardrona offers 600m of vertical with the highest lifted point being at 1860m and 400 Hectares of terrain over 4 basins including 4 chairlifts, 1 Chondola, a pipe platter lift and 3 surface conveyors in the beginners area.  It's also really well serviced with 7 restaurants, bars and cafes across the mountain, full rental facilities, private and group lessons through their ski school and a snow shop for any retails needs.

Today we will collect you from your accommodation and head to the other side of the Wakatipu basin to The Remarkables for a full day of amazing skiing and snowboarding.

Located 45 minutes from your hotel, "The Remarks" is a big mountain and huge local favourite offering high elevation and access to simply awesome off-piste terrain with unbeatable snow conditions.  This resort is a great all-rounder and incredible for those seeking sun soaked chutes, rock drops and roaming in untouched snow as well as a being a freestyle heaven with seven terrain parks including the legendary Burton Stash.

With wide piste runs The Remarks also caters really well to beginner and novice skiers and snowboarders.  See here for The Remarkables trail map.

The Remarkables ski field offers 468 Metres vertical drop, 385 Hectares of terrain, four chairlifts, four surface lifts for beginners and seven terrain parks plus is home to a restaurants, two bars and a cafe.  Full rental facilities, private and group lessons through their ski school and a snow shop for any retails needs are of course on-hand.

Today is a completely free day for you to enjoy beautiful Queenstown at your leisure.  You might choose to change gears and rest your legs,  perhaps opt for some Alpine RnR, with a relaxing massage or soak in an Onsen.  With Queenstown being home to so may thrilling activities, scenic tours and world class vineyards there is certainly something for every visitor.

If your legs are steel then opting for an extra day of resort skiing is naturally an option, or go big with an unbeatable day of guided heli-skiing in the incredible Southern Lakes Back Country. 

Your host is extremely well versed on things to do in Queenstown and will naturally be available to make all kinds of recommendations and arrangements on your behalf wherever needed.

Today we make an early start for the 1.5 hour road trip to Treble Cone overlooking Lake Wanaka which has the regions highest lift access at 1960m, and is often home to the best powder snow with steep and deep conditions. TC has long leg burning runs up to 4km in length and is dominated by intermediate and advanced off-piste for incredible skiing and riding in seemingly endless natural half pipes and steep gullies, this is a real locals favourite.
This resort boast 550 Hectares of terrain making it the South Island's largest ski area and has vertical of 700m which is accessed by two main chairlifts and one surface lift.  Although a dream for intermediate to advanced skiers and boarders there are some good piste runs for beginners too and truly jaw dropping views for everyone from the top, when it's on, TC is an absolute must.   You can see a full trail map of Treble Cone here.
