Tour Overview
Our Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, also known as Annapurna Panorama Trek, starts with a marvelous drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful city situated near Phewa Lake, with a HImalaya mountain backdrop. The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is a short route into the foothills of the Annapurna Mountains. This trek is all about admiring the valuable gift of nature, from picturesque terraced hillsides to blooming rhododendrons to snow-clad peaks. The natural beauty is wonderful is this region. Our Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is a perfect mix of adventurous and tranquil. We feel the cool winds, subtropical climate, fresh air from the forests, and can feel the cold drops of water from the waterfalls. Nayapul is the place from where begin our trekking journey through forests and up hills. This walking will not be boring as you can take pleasure of spectacular views on the way. Eventually, we reach to the Poon Hill viewpoint (3210m) and are absolutely stunned by the massive peaks reaching up into the sky. In the morning, when the rays of sun little by little falls upon the snow capped summits, that view is beyond the description. There are plenty of photo opportunities so you can make these memories last forever. The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek will be paramount for those people who love nature. Moreover you will feel elated when you are warmly welcomed by the people of different ethnic groups like Gurung and Magar. This is the right place to experience the cultural diversity that is so prevalent in Nepal. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is an interesting trek and it is even extra beautiful during spring or during the months of October and November when the weather is near perfect and the skies are clearer. After finishing the trek, we drive back to Pokhara and then towards Kathmandu. For those who want to see what the Annapurna region has to offer, but does not have the time or energy for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek or Annapurna Circuit Trek, our Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is the ultimate choice for you. You'll have the combination of mountains and natural landscapes along with the cultural fascinations.
